under false or fraudulent pretenses.
6.
Make unsolicited offers, advertisements,
proposals, chain letters, or send junk mail to other Members.
7.
Solicit passwords or personal identifying
information for commercial or unlawful purpose from other Members.
8.
Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan
horses or other items of destructive nature.
9.
Submit Content that infringe, misappropriate or
violate the intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other proprietary
rights of any part.
10.
Interfere with another Member's use and
enjoyment of Hopecube.com.
11.
Reformat or frame any portion of the web pages
that are part of the Hopecube.com service.
12.
Use Hopecube.com as a forwarding service to
another website.
13.
Intentionally or unintentionally violate any
local, state, national, or international law.
Hopecube.com reserves the right to determine whether any
Content or Conduct violates the terms of this Agreement at its sole and
absolute discretion. In the unlikely
event that you are exposed to the above mentioned prohibited Content or
Conduct, Hopecube.com, nor any of our officers, directors, employees,
shareholders, advisors, advertisers, or corporate partners will in any way be
responsible for any damages related to any such exposure.

Indemnity
