Been having horrible nightmares for weeks now almost every night. I tried changing my eating habits, keeping busy till I fall asleep, and listen to music, but I still keeping having these vivid heart pounding nightmares.

I'll try that. I know tons of adults that have nightlights. I think that is why they have them in so many artisitc looking shops and galleries. They are so beautiful even the plain looking ones. Thank you :)

ITs going to sound wierd but it worked for me. I sleep with a bible under my pillow and repeated this scripture "God has not given me a spirt of fear' but of power, love, and a strong mind." havent had nightmares in years. Sleep with the t.v. on. that helped too. PS i still have a nightlight at 26.

Yeah I do take meds. I've been on them for about two years, so i don't really think that it is it. I don't know. I guess I'll talk to my doc. and see what can be done. thanks
