I've been having cardiac arrhythmia but I don't want to get on beta-blockers. Are there any supplement I can take that'll help?
Answers
Try taking magnesium. Arrhythmia could be caused by electrolyte imbalance so magnesium/potassium could help.
But the best "supplement" is to not stress!
