How do I find a support group in my area?

I've tried all the conventional search engines, and they list groups for numerous things - addiction, PTSD, domestic violence, etc. - but how do I find one for someone like me? I'm just a regular girl dealing with the everyday stresses of life, and could just use someone to talk to. I think a women's group would be ideal for me, but I simply can't find one that's right for me.
