how do i stop myself from freaking out in small spaces

every time im in an enclosed area that i dont think i can get out of if i try my hardest, i freak out. even if its with friends. i still want to run. i dont want this any more.

Question for ya, have you always been like this since you could remember, or do you think maybe something could have triggered this in your past? I know you said in your profile that your mom used to tie you up and leave you in the closet.
But in any case, this is really something only you can figure out, after all, nobody here has ever walked in your shoes, and not to mention, you know yourself the best. Even still, understanding "why" you want to freak out when this happens, is absolutely integral. And when you do, you'll need to gather all your courage and strength within yourself to find a way to cope and gradually come to terms with it.
I have faith you can do so, so please have faith in yourself too, k? :)
