I am a delicate cutter, so how do i stop before it gets worse?

I cut almost 6 times a week. I cut 20-30 times on my right arm and in the middle part under my breasts. I don't cut very deep, just enough for it to bleed a bit, but i'm afraid it's getting worse. What are other ways i can relieve the stress and get rid of these terrible headaches i get?! FYI - antibiotics do not help me, they do not relieve the stress, headaches, and pain.

Cutting is not a good way to deal with stress and headaches! Please go to the doctor and diagnosed. You might have something like Anxiety Disorder or Migraines, and cutting to cope with these issues is not healthy. Find out what's causing the stress and headaches and treat them accordingly.
I too am a cutter. It seems that I cut when my anxiety gets out of control. I also cut just about everyday to make myself feel better. All it does for me is make me feel worse and extremely guilty because I can't stop. Besides that I have kept it a secret from most everybody which just adds to the guilt. I don't think there is an easy answer. I do try to use relaxation breathing, a rubber band on my wrist, and putting my hand in ice water. When those don't work which they usually don't I cut.
