i was told that i have Bipolar Disorder

my mom and dad told me that i have had Bipolar Disorder for along time, that would explained s a lot to me, but i have read what Bipolar Disorder is: but i don't under stand it. will it kill me, cause i don't what to die.

I am bipolar and it is not fatal. It is very annoying though and if it is not controlled, it can wreak havoc on your life. Read about it here:

Have you been diagnosed by a professional? You might display symptoms of bipolar disorder but only a doctor can tell you if you have it or not. Don't take your parents words for it.
The only typical thing that people with Bipolar Disorder die from is suicide. But seeing as you said you don't want to die you should be just fine.
true, only a Dr. can give a proper diagnosis. if you do indeed have it it can be controlled by medication. I don't think that as a disorder it will kill you. it is a very annoying disorder and can keep your life and your family life unstable.
