thanks for the advice, i'm going to look up this stuff. i'm in the middle of changing dr now, maybe the new one will be more useful then the last one was.
It might be Chronic Fatique Syndrome. Here's some info about it:

You can blog about your symptoms and ask one of the members on the site that has CFS to see if it is.
I have had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and been out of the work force due to that and it could be that. But it could be many other things too.
Some ways that I have boosted my own energy (now I am back working full time again):
1) Deep breathing in the fresh air. 2) Getting a small juicer and juicing carrots and celery and any other vegetables that I wanted to, and drinking that. 3) Dr. Schulze Superfoods (a whole food supplement - best price is on ebay). 4) I've used BarleyLife from AIM For Life with great success. It helps the thyroid. 5) Tiredness could be nutritional deficency. It could also be endocrine malfunction (thyroid or adrenal glands, or other endocrine glands). Ginseng is a stamina booster that I am taking right now, and also helps adrenal glands. 6) Drinking more water was helpful. 7) Doing cleanses for colon and liver were helpful.
If you keep forcing yourself to function when you are tired, you are going to make it worse and worse. Believe me. That's what I did. Get help and never give up looking for answers, even if, and especially when, tests turn out normal. Your body is trying to tell you something.
I have noticed, with low adrenal function, that I sleep better and deeper going to bed at 2-3 am and sleeping till 11. Otherwise I didn't sleep well. It could be that hormonal rhythms are making your body want to sleep at a different time but that you don't know that yet.
The thyroid and adrenal glands give a person the capacity to be recharged from sleep. If they are low, sleep is not going to recharge your batteries. Tests from regular doctors came up with nothing when I tried to get help. It was from a holistic doctor that I had a correct diagnosis. Look up Dr. Broda Barnes, M.D. on the Internet and you will find how to figure out yourself if you have a low thyroid (all you need is a thermometer and it will tell you what you need to do). It is very simple.
Also, James Wilson wrote a book "Adrenal Fatigue: the 21st Century Stress Syndrome". If you could find that in the library or on Amazon you might be able to determine from that if adrenals are the problem. If both thyroid and adrenals are the problem it can cripple energy in the extreme, mess up sleep and temperature, and mess up moods, and many other things. I hope something in this gave you a lead to go on.
