why can't i control my anger?

everytime i get angry i tend to do everything to hurt whoever made me angry, the problem is...I NEVER SWITCH OFF!. i also have the urge to self harm.
what can i do?

well sometime i have alot of anger but what i do is i tell someone who u true (friends or family) and when i tell someone i control my slef cuz i know there someone give me support that i can control my anger and i wish u luck
Well, I'm kinda different from you.. since ususally when someone hurts or makes me angry, I just try to avoid them.. ^^'' I'm a pretty calm person, but if it helps, whenever I'm angry or frustated it helps me talking about my problems to someone close, or drawing and listening to music...something that makes me forget about my problems and cheers me up.. About the self harming..please don't do that, there are better ways to forget ur pain. Not to mention, whoever made u angry would enjoy watching u hurt =( Anyways, u got my best wishes, and I hope everything turns out alright
