Will there be a preventive cure for the Otitis Virus?

I I started using a hearing aid in one then in my teen years I started wearing them in both ears. Now I have to eventually take another different hearing test for my left ear and maybe my right ear! I am looking for answers from a homeopathic and herbal doctor! Thank you and God bless you.w
