- Panic Attacks - This issue stops me from living a normal life.
- Agoraphobia - This stops me from going places far from home.
- General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) - I'm nervous about the unknown I guess. I suppose it's stress related too.

I have anxiety and panic attacks along with Agoraphobia. Would like to learn ways to cope and receive encouragement and give encouragement. I am happily married of 13 years and I love the Lord.
