- Depression - Had panic attacks and anxiety, diagnosed with depression, on Citalopram
- Headaches/Migraines - Have PMT migraines
- Hemorrhoids - Had since the birth of my second child
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome - Mainly stress related. Have a lot of wind, some constipation
- Low Self Esteem - Have had this all my life.
- Panic Attacks - Not so bad since I have been on ADs but they were very bad at one point.
- Pilates - Am doing Pilates to help my back
- Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) - Have big mood swings with migraines with breast tenderness and bloating.
- Scoliosis - Have curvature of the lower spine giving a rib hump on my left side.
- Teeth Grinding - Have this as a side effect of the citalopram. Gives me jaw tension and headaches.
- Asthma - Have allergy related asthma
- Back Pain - Had back pain for around 11 years
