About Me
Hello Hope Cube Members!
My name is Cindy and I am a certified personal trainer based in Culver City, California.
My goal as a personal trainer is to empower my clients and in turn all those around them. If anyone has any questions about your current training regime or need help in designing one, please feel free to ask me.
I currently specialize in working with 2 particular groups of individuals and am open to working with anyone who wants to be in better physical shape. My main client base include individuals who are working toward an athletic goal, i.e. golfers, ice skaters, body builders who need to improve core strength and individuals who are obese and/or have type II diabetes and/or hypertension.
I am very knowlegeable in nutritional needs and have kept myself abreast of the lastest products, though not a certified nutritionist. If you have concerns or questions about supplements you are considering making an investment in, feel free to contact me so we may discuss your goals in making such decisions.
