I have had depression for most of my life. I have yet to find and effective treatment. I have been on and off anti-depressants for a long time with very little success. I want so bad to feel normal. I have no faith in doctors anymore, as I had a very bad experience with my last doctor. I am currently taking SAM-e, and it is helping a little. And Depression doesn't help when you also have Diabetes. I was diagnosed about a year ago. I don't really follow the plan that my doctor set up for me, because most of the time I don't care if it kills me. I need a little encouragement and suggestions. Thanks
