Alcohol Addiction - Alcohol addiction is prevailant on both sides of my family. My biggest problem with alcohol is not knowing when to stop drinking once I start. I am currently trying to avoid drinking because I usually make dumb decisions once I start.

Cocaine Addiction - This problem only comes up once I start drinking. One of my dumb decisions when I drink.

Panic Attacks - I started getting panic attacks a few years after I stopped smoking marijauna. I have known a few people that this has happend to. They tend to come and go in cycles. I won't have them for months or even years. But after one, I start to worry that they will happen anywhere. I also am starting to believe that they are alcohol induced because they usually start after a night of heavy binge drinking. If you haven't noticed I believe most of my problems are linked in one way or another.

Smoking - Started in highschool and have had a few unsuccessful attempts to quit. I am trying once again with fingers crossed.
