- Depression - I have suffered through some fairly deep black depressions. I have realized that it is made worse when I don't have enough sleep, as a result I try to make sure I get enough rest. I can really blow small things way out of proportion. I am currently taking Lexapro which helps to balance me out.
- Break Up and Divorce - My soon to be ex announced one day after 10 years of marriage that she was not happy and left. Her issues stem from things in her past and she does not love herself and can't accept unconditional love. I am working on me now and while I will always love her in a special way I have to take care of me. I hope that she gets healed but for now I must seek my own healing.
