- Depression - Very hard to get outside these days and i have been unable to hold down a job.I feel i am useless and mess up all the time.hard to stay positive
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - i have flashes aka flashbacks of the war in somolia.It makes it hard to be in the out doors and driving always scanning the tree line while driving and seeing things
- General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) - sweaty palms and feet racing heart and mind is racing all the time.I am scared if i do get a job interview how i will deal with it.I am currently on selexia and trezadone to sleep but still anxieous and cant slow the mind down.
