Issues vegasanime is Interested In
- Obesity - I find it difficult to do almost any physical activity. I have tried this diet and that diet but for some reason I can't seem to find the determination to stick with any of them. I guess the problem isn't so much obesity as it is willpower. People have said to "just change", but unlike the Nike commercials it isn't that easy to just do it.
- High Blood Pressure - Scares me sometimes because I don't want to have a cardiac incident of any kind.
- Depression - Makes it hard to function sometimes. On some days I get out of bed and try to work and think "what's the point". I'm working on it but it isn't easy.
vegasanime's Story
My family and I live in Las Vegas. At the moment I am working from home attempting to get an internet business off the ground through selling and affiations. My kids are 18, 16 and 14 so we won't have a full house all that much longer. I have been in sales most of my adult life with a few breaks to do something else here and there. I just recently turned 43 and have decided that I don't like it. Too much time has passed without me doing the things I want to do so I am all about changing that fact. The first thing I have to do though is drop A LOT of weight. I currently weigh over 500 pounds and that is just too much. I am big sci-fi and fantasy fan and my kids have gotten me into anime. As a matter of fact I am starting a site at www.vegasanime.com. It isn't up yet but will be soon. I am originally from a little town in Illinois called Kewanee. I moved a lot, went to college in Orlanda and back in Lincoln, IL. Moved to Oregon and then Washington. Got married and eventually ended up in Vegas. I don't have much more to tell at the moment so will end this here.
