I have slept for a long time. I couldnt sleep a few days ago so i stayed up al night watching youtube and listen to music. the next day i had a meeting in the afternoon. I missed it.. damn. I almost slept for 24h. it was wierd and i am not going to do that again. now my priorities is to get back on normal time. I realized for some time ago that i start feel like a tension in my stomach. just like last time around January. When i last got my manic period. It scares me and i dont want it to get as far as it did last time. I had a lot of fun but i worked too much and i hurt a friend during a argument. its all gone now but i dont want to do a repeat on that again. its scary.
