Website

So I took a leap of faith and I'm building my website right now.  It's going to take me a couple days to get it up and running.  I may get pretty tired in the meantime, because it'll be like a second job until I get it off the ground; but I think it'll be worth it.

I'm very fortunate that my sister is here and so supportive.  I had her read the preview for my home page so I could get her critique.  She offered suggestions on what else I could include service-wise.

Now I'm looking at a possible need to copywrite the site, get a business license, upgrade my PayPal account…..  Whew!  I hope I didn't bite off more than I can chew.  Also still working at my full-time job until this gets rolling.

I may be taking my "as needed" anxiety pills for a month or two.  I've been giving myself a headache designing pages.  It took me all morning to choose a domain name.  I made my home page, and my next task is to design my services page.

I just keep reminding myself that this is what I want to do, and the results will be worth the work.

Writing

Wow!  It's been a very long time since I've posted here.

I've been enjoying my job as a housekeeper.  It's quite rewarding.  I'm looking at the next step, though.  I want to build my own website.  It's still in the planning stages, so it'll be awhile before it actually happens.  Right now, I'm working on issues of feasibility and generating enough interest to make it worthwhile.

I had been looking at a lot of freelance sites, and various other sites through which you can find work.  The fees they charge are more than you would pay to build your own site, and there's no more certainty with them than there is in just building your own.  That really got me thinking.  So now, I'm working on building my own.

It'll be a lot of hard work, but I think it'll be worth it.

Update

Haven't been on this site in about 9 months.  Alot has changed for me, tho from the outside it may not look like much as the small steps for others are leaps and bounds for I.

Finally started taking an Anti-depressant–Citalopram.  I debate the mood stabilizer.  The only person convinced I'm Bi-polar is my psychiatrist.  Friends and family of years disagree strongly, along with myself.

I honestly think it's some form of stress disorder as it manifests in physical symtoms…mania being a last ditch effort to get a space free of stressors… i.e. people, emotions, noise, etc.

I've started seeing a therapist.  I was seeing 2 for awhile for different issues lol  Am still not use to having someone's undivided attentio and being focused on.  Talking straight for 45 min to and hr is something I'll never get use to.

And last but not least, will soon be attending support groups in RL.

There is relief for pregnant women suffering from allergies, headaches, and sinuses

I remember my best friend being pregnant with her son, and having some of the worst flare ups of allergies and sinus headaches she could remember. The throbbing pressure behind her eyes and nose made her feel like her head was going to explode and of course, she couldn’t take her usual medications.  The simplest day to day tasks, seemed impossible for her to do, and at times, she felt completely immobilized and helpless.  All natural, effective solutions weren’t as available back then, but if you’re pregnant today, you don’t have to suffer.
Why prescription drugs are dangerous during pregnancy:
Your body constantly changes during pregnancy, and not all women experience the same changes. How your body reacts to prescription drugs when you’re NOT pregnant, can affect you differently, when you are.  The interaction of Synthetic drugs with these body changes can have a very severe impact on the health of your baby.  Some of these adverse affects can be:
Low birth weight
Pre-mature delivery
Birth defects
Still being researched today, are genetics and how our bodies react and break down certain drugs while pregnant.  It will be a long time before the risks and safety of prescription drugs in pregnancy will be clearly defined.
Can Pregnant Women get safe relief for their allergies, sinus and headaches?
The FDA cautions against the use of prescription drugs during pregnancy, because they are not clinically proven to be safe, so what choice do you have if you are pregnant and suffer from allergies, sinus or headaches?  If you’re like most people, you’ve used the same medications for years so when you get pregnant, and can no longer take these medications you could experience some of the following symptoms:
withdrawal
Severe headache
Anxiety
Loss of sleep
All natural products are the perfect solution when you become pregnant and can no longer take your prescription meds.  Capsaicin, a key ingredient found in Sinol all natural nasal sprays, keeps your sinuses drained, clean and bacteria free.  The combination of capsaicin with other all natural ingredients, like rosemary, eucalyptus, and aloe vera, can be used daily for your allergies, sinus and headaches.  All Natural medicines can give you the fast EFFECTIVE relief you are looking for without the harmful chemicals in prescription drugs, but remember, as with any medicine, ask your doctor if Sinol is right for you.
As Sinol’s Consumer Advocate, I look forward to sharing the latest news and tips on all natural ways to cure your allergy and headache problems.  Please feel free to email me at: a.pisani@sinolusa.com or learn more about Sinol Nasal Spray by visiting www.Allergy-Relief-Sinol.com

One last try

I'm 20 years old, and all I've ever want in my life is happiness. I want a normal life, with normal friends and a normal family, but that just never seems to be the case. My dad left me when I was young, my mom is abusive and punches me and throws things at me, all of my friends never seem to care, etc. I just found out that my sister is actually my step-sister, and my mom had another previous marriage. My mom always tells me that I'm pathetic and I don't deserve to live. Just because I don't have the same religious views as her, she thinks I'm the devil. She threatens me and tells me ways to kill myself, but these past few years I feel like I'm getting weaker by her words, and now I feel like I'm hanging by a thread. My boyfriend tells me that it's all out of love, but I doubt he understands. Nothing is helping me, and I feel like I should give it one last try and find people who can help me.

Eat Eggs Cut Your Cholesterol Levels | realpharmacyrx

Eat Eggs Cut Your cholesterol, Along with dietary curbs, eggs could even help you lose weight: Realpharmacyrx

London: Are eggs good or bad for health? Well, on-again off-again debate on this topic has again opened a new research which claims that eating two eggs a day could help one lose weight and cut cholesterol.

Earlier studies suggested a direct link eats the eggs and increases blood cholesterol levels, which increases the risk of heart disease.

Now the team is the University of Surrey has found that those who eat two eggs every day, while the calorie-restricted diet can not only lose weight, but it can also slash their cholesterol levels, the Daily Mail reported.

According to their eating eggs at breakfast really contribute to weight loss by making people feel fuller for longer in the day.

There is no convincing evidence to link the increased intake of food or cholesterol eggs with coronary artery disease. In fact, the eggs make a nutritional contribution to a healthy, calorie-restricted diet will lead researcher, Dr Bruce Griffin said.

Their study, the researchers recruited 50 obese volunteers, which is fed into two eggs every day for 12 weeks. They also had to follow a reduced-calorie diet recommended by the British Heart Foundation.

They also recruited a second group of healthy subjects and those who followed the same diet, but cut the eggs entirely. Both groups lost weight and experienced an average drop of blood cholesterol, researchers found.

This study, they said, also evidence to support the scientific consensus that saturated fats, found in pastry, biscuits and cakes, is responsible for raising blood cholesterol than the cholesterol-rich foods such as eggs.

Stress is down, however, since school started, i'm getting those horrible headaches again. I think it is stress, but at least they are not as bad anymore. Everything is going great, and i'm happy to say i think i'm good to go. Thanks again to all those who have helped me!

Wow!

I now officially hate my parents they've decided we've had to move again for the millionth time or what feels like it. I've only just got settled in the place i'm oin now and then we have to move again to a place i haven't been to since i was only two years old. apparently there's a good music scene there and i'll be able to catch more concerts but it's still only a medium amount. The crazy half of the family lives there and the other half of the family lives somehwere else in Australia or somewhere in europe. My firneds hate me cause i'm moving especially after i've joined the jazz band and have started up a rock band with them so another thing for me to miss here. Oh Fucking Joy! NOT
